Finally a new post

It's been a long time since I've blogged. Really we haven't had a lot going on. It's finally summer time!!! We went camping a couple of weekends ago, but I forgot to take pictures. We had a great time and it was fun catching up with friends we don't get to spend a lot of time with. We are going again in a couple of weeks!! I got sunburned really bad last time and I refuse to do that again! I was miserable for several days....so burned and miserable that I went to the doctor.

Late this afternoon, we had a Summer Celebration at our church. Dain and I helped work the rock wall. At the end of the day Dain challenged me to a race up the wall. My Dad beat him going up the wall earlier in the afternoon, so I think he wanted someone he could beat. =). Anyway....I finally accepted the challenge and here is proof. 2 videos...1st one is us starting the race/climb. The 2nd is Dain at the top and me about 3/4 of the way up. The 2nd video is short and it doesn't show me making it to the top....but don't you worry...I went all the way and rang the buzzer too! Dain, of course, did beat me up the wall. I was just impressed I made it all the way....heights and I don't always get along and a 27 foot wall climb is high up there!!!!!!
