Prayers needed for a friend!

We have a friend named Monica Williams. Her and her husband, Jamie, had a baby girl, Madison Suzanne, 4 weeks early on Sunday, July 8th in Texarkana. Her lungs weren't fully developed, so they had to put her on a respirator and medflight her to Childrens here in Little Rock. They said it looks like she is going to be in the hospital for a while. They were able to remove the chest tube on Saturday, so she is doing better, but she still has a ways to go!

On top of that, since Monica delivered on Sunday, she has been having very bad headaches. She thought she was just having migraines. They got so bad Thursday night that her husband took her to the ER at UAMS where they did a MRI. They found a tumor on her brain stem the size of a cherry. She is going Wednesday to meet with a surgeon about it. I was told that they are more than likely going to do surgery within the month to remove the tumor. They said it doesn't appear to be cancerous, but you can't tell for sure until they are able to biopsy it. They have A LOT on their plates with all that is going on, but on top of both of these things, her husband, Jamie, is in the army and is (was-we hope) suppose to be deployed in the coming weeks/months to Iraq. I hope and pray he doesn't have to go now, but regardless please keep them in your prayers.

They have a lot a head of them and could really use our prayers more than anything! Dain and I went and visited them Friday night and considering everything, they seem to be doing as well as could be expected. Please pray that Monica is able to get the rest she needs to take care of herself and her baby. As you can imagine, she isn't sleeping very well and Jamie said she isn't eating like she needs to either.
